Massage Therapist

I'm Sally Owen and I have been with the Therapy and Fitness Centre since October 2022. I have always had an interest in health and wellbeing, however my passion came when I started working as manager of the centre. I quickly realised my potential and qualified as a massage therapist in April 2024. Since then I have further advanced my career to include Swedish and deep tissue massage.
