I have over 25 years experience as a Registered Pharmacist & have also trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher, Reiki master & Meditation Facilitator. I also have an interest in Nutrition & the healing power of food. Through my work & my personal experience, I know that many factors contribute to true healing & Wellness
