I started out with aromatherapy and reflexology and since then I have expanded the treatments that I offer and now specialise in sports and remedial massage. Other treatments which I am qualified to give include Indian head massage, Hopi ear candles, hot stone therapy and Bowen therapy. I am also a baby massage instructor so I can teach you how to massage your baby in a group or on a one-to-one basis. I am a memeber of federation of hollistic therapists and every year I refresh my knowledge and add to my existing qualifications. I have expanded my skills to include aromatherapy and reflexology during pregnancy, aromatherapy in alcohol and drug dependencies, aromatherapy in cancer and palliative care and sports injuries and ultrasound therapy, RockBlades and RockTapes.
