I started out with aromatherapy and reflexology and since then I have expanded the treatments that I offer to include sports and remedial massage,  Indian head massage, Hopi ear candles, hot stone therapy, Bowen therapy and manual lymphatic drainage. I have recently expanded on MLD to include treatment on post cosmetic procedures and breaking down scar tissue and reducing scarring.

I am also a baby massage instructor so I can teach you how to massage your baby in a group or on a one-to-one basis.

I am a memeber of the federation of holistic therapists (FHT) and every year I refresh my knowledge and add to my existing qualifications.
